This 2-day Landmine University Level 1 Certification is taught directly by Krishnan, a Global Coach for Landmine University. You’ll learn a complete foundational system that serves as an alternate Olympic lifting technique, mastering rotational strength, core stability, and dynamic power mechanics. Over two days, you will dive into complete coaching frameworks, movement mechanics, and practical assessment requirements needed to program and coach these movements confidently.

  • Revision of Day 1 concepts and movement progressions
  • Technical review of the clean and clean to split jerk
  • Introduction to landmine snatch mechanics
  • Practical learning and execution of the landmine snatch

  • Full movement integration across clean, jerk, and snatch variations
  • Practical application of the LMU system for coaching and training

What does certification include?

You'll receive an official Landmine University Level 1 Coaches Certification, 16 hours of coach education, and a printed manual will be provided for participants to use during the certification program.
Any equipment included (landmine attachment? sleeve?)

No take-home equipment is included. All landmine stations, barbells, and required training setups will be arranged at the facility. Participants do not need to bring any equipment.
What is the refund policy?

There are no cancellations or refunds after booking.

What should I bring to the workshop?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing suitable for movement. Bring water, a towel, and an open mind. Your steel mace and student manual will be provided. Optional: a notebook for personal notes.
