At Subtle Movement Co., every rope is crafted and packed with care. While we currently do not accept product returns or exchanges through the website, we do support cancellations and refunds under specific conditions.
You can request an order cancellation by emailing subtlemovementcompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. If your order has not been shipped, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically initiated within three business days and processed within one to two business days for UPI or Wallet payments, and within five to seven business days for Credit Cards, Debit Cards, or Netbanking payments.
If the order has already been shipped, you can still request cancellation. In this case, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount once the product is returned to us unopened and in its original condition. Refunds are processed only after the shipment reaches back to our facility and is verified.
Once a cancellation or refund request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method only. You’ll receive a notification once your refund is initiated. Depending on your payment provider, the refunded amount may take a few additional days to reflect in your account. If more than fifteen business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at subtlemovementcompany@gmail.com with your order ID for assistance.
If you’ve received your product and are not satisfied with it, you can write to us at subtlemovementcompany@gmail.com within seven days of delivery with your order number and details of your concern. While we currently do not offer returns or refunds through the site for delivered products, our team personally reviews every concern to ensure a fair resolution where applicable, such as in cases of damaged, incorrect, or defective items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at subtlemovementcompany@gmail.com with photos and your order ID. After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
We currently do not support direct returns or exchanges through the website. Refunds apply only for cancellations, and shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless received in a damaged or incorrect condition.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
